What does Maximum Users mean?

This indicates the maximum number of accounts you can create within your simplicant account. In other words, this is the number of people in your company who are involved in the hiring process or who you want to collaborate with, to manage the hiring process.

What are Open Positions?

This is the maximum number of job openings which you can keep active at a time. This means that if you reach this limit, you can open new jobs after closing old job openings. However, your applications (and related data) for jobs that have been Closed always stays intact.

Why do I need Storage Space?

Storage space is used to store resumes and other files that you attach to applications. On average, 1GB of space can hold more than 6000 resumes. If you start running low on space, we will let you know, so that you can clean up your applications, or upgrade your account.

How does the 90-day free trial work?

No matter which plan you choose, the first 90 days will be free. If you cancel your account within this period, you will not be charged anything at all. For paid plans, billing will begin after this 90-day period and you can stop it at any time by cancelling your account.
